I'm careful about this; it's the same as changing an entry in both
Palm Desktop and on the Palm, and it results in a conflict. My actual
setup is syncing Google Calendar with Outlook then passing through to
the Palm, so I never change an entry in Google calendar. However, the
problem still arises if I make a change in Outlook and on the Palm.
The only workaround is to be careful. I also sync the Palm frequently,
so problems are rare.

I have automatic 5 minute sync between GC and Pimlical, and also
between GC and Outlook.
