Hello.

After 5 great years of using my Palm Tungsten E2 PDA, I am ready to move on. Actually, my PDA is ready for me to move on as it died. I have been using GTD for at least 4 years.

I found the Palm calendar, memo, and task list to be perfectly simple for my implementation of GTD. I also very much love the palm destop manager - no fluff, just what works for GTD. (They won't let us install Outlook at work). I know I sound very outdated! I am truly a simpler-the-better kind of person. In truth, the entry level PDA palm Z22 gives me everything I really need.

I am ready to move to a smartphone, and coincidently my wireless contract is up in August, so I am truly able to use any device. I threw together a paper-based GTD system in the meantime - which in itself was a wonderful purging exercsie.

All that being said, any recomendations? Treo, Blackberry, iphone? Again, I want to keep it a simple as I can as I use this as my primary tool for GTD. The desktop experience is just as important as the device for me too. I live and die by the task manager function!

I appreciate any and all input!
Dave
