If you are in an area where ATT cell coverage is ok then I'd go with iPhone and Omnifocus. The Omnifocus app is wonderful and easy to use but with a lot of depth in it and designed specifically for GTD. I don't have an iPhone so I can't comment on the iPhone version but friends who do have it say it is very good. I'm using Omnifocus with my Palm Treo, which is working acceptably well for my next action lists.
