Perhaps a stupid question

Hello, I'm new to Icon use.  Have recently started using Agendus and  have 
started using icons.  Here's my question;
 
Rather than having a whole bunch of Icon sets in my Palm (right now I must  
have about twenty) so I have trouble remembering which icon(s) it which set(s) 
I  want to use; is it possible to take specific icons from various sets and  
somehow put those into one or two, I guess "custom" sets that would them  
comprise the primary set(s) that I would regularly use?  If the answer is  yes, are 
there some simple instructions on how to do this?
