Progect new conduit

I've been following the discussion of the new Progect XML conduit.  I wonder
if, as a side project, an alternative plain text conduit could be developed,
using indentation to represent the different levels, with tabs or an
arbitrary selectable character (such as '-' or '+' ) representing the
level.  Information other than the description, could be added at the end of
the line via comma separated values in a preestablished order. There are
some programs that would correctly interpret the outline from this kind of
file.
