OPML is barely a format really, it doesn't standardize much so ebvery app can interpret a lot of thigns differently. A lot of us pushed the lad 'designing it' to make osm echanges but he was forever pushing back, insisting on keeping it simple to make it easier to spread (which is tru eon the one hand, and false o nthe other.. easy to spread badly is one thing, but I prefer t ospread it with a useful spec ;) But hes the expert. I do think he made some changes to the spec later to try and keep it in line, but I forget offhand. It should not be too hard to make yourself an export-template that is OPML (the type of OPML your application expects to get anyway).. did you try that? I have always meant to add somethign like that.. if someone has a good solid canonicle OPML template I could code it up pretty easily really. jeff -- If everyone would put barbecue sauce on their food, there would be no war.
