found that most of that stuff is unnecessary to basic operation of  the

I purchased a new printer for my PC so I can have better  quality

scanning & printing my photos. However, I can't sync my  Palm TX
with my 
PC ever since I installed my new printer. I gets hung  up on the
sync at 
the beginning of the process. Of course the HP people  were no
help to 
me. Help, please!
