That is his rather colorful term for the HP software.  Usually it is a puerile
way to describe badly written software that is largely unneeded.

Any of us who've worked in an office though, can see the usefulness of some of
those software features, though it tends to be rather bloated with pretty
graphics and such that are largely unneeded.

In particular the ability for the software to communicate with the printer and
tell you when a remote printers ink or paper is low before you start a task is
rather nice.
