I think I am going to design it so that the peak torque is 100% the rated
full load torque. It will likely speed up and slow down each revolution,
but is unlikely to overheat or anything like that.

If the bearing races fatigue away, or the motor winding shake themselves
apart, I suppose I can always get another motor.
