I have had a very few bad experiences but they are vastly outweighed by
excellent deals.
I mainly buy electronics components and modules but also quite a few other
things.
In NZ I'm usually getting delivery within a week.

READ the descriptions carefully.
Be sure that the object selected is the actual product and not a cable or
mounting or whatever.
Watch for with/without SD card, 2k/4k/... .
Read the reviews very carefully.
Look at the star ratings.
Use common sense.

Note that the shown $ and checkout $ may vary.
So may shipping.
There are "Welcome deal" offers often at very good prices with free
shipping, 1 only supplied, for new customers.

Here is a single example that *I chose as much for the review by H***h as
anything else*.
It's PTZ, 2MP (many are much higher_) and about $US25 with free shipping.
The review says it works well to a phone, with less than perfect rotation
etc.
It's a "warts and all" review and probably gives a good idea of what to
expect.

Dummy antennas, it is not clear why to spend plastic on them (probably so
that the camera looks better in the picture), threw them out immediately.
Sound reproduction through the intercom is terrible, phonite and repeated
echoes. Only for this minus the star. Otherwise, everything that is
declared works. Rotates from the phone both vertically and horizontally.
Preset positions remember only horizontally, and the last position remains
vertically. Object tracking works, but only if the object moves slowly. VPN
can interfere with work. The router switched to the 2.4 frequency. Rotation
of the image is possible only on 180 ⁰, that is, to Mount sideways-it is
not convenient to look later, you will have to turn the phone. USB cord is
very short, about 1 meter. After installation, I recommend updating the
firmware to the latest version in the application. Came quickly, was opened
at customs (this is Belarus, vakrug ADNI uragi). The box was mint, but
everything survived. The seller is responsive. For a little money there is
everything you need. I recommend it.    H***h  July 2024.

One buyer says "Good camera. I doubt there are four megapixels per lens,
but the picture is not bad. The applique is good a lot of options."
Still gave 5 stars.
