Perhaps I'm missing something. What evidence have you seen that suggests that part is going "Limited Production"? Digikey (US) has ~9500 of the PIC10F322T-I/OT in stock and is selling at $0.58 (US) at qty over 100. Currency converter suggests that about $0.80 canadian.
