Perhaps I'm missing something.
What evidence have you seen that suggests that part is going "Limited
Production"?

Digikey (US) has ~9500 of the PIC10F322T-I/OT in stock and is selling
at $0.58 (US) at qty over 100.
Currency converter suggests that about $0.80 canadian.

The microchip web site lists several of the sot23 versions as stock in
the 1k+ range at similar pricing, lists the status as "In Production"
and I do not see a note about end of life, NRND or anything such.
