Hi Dave, It is 0-1.5 milliamps and also has a terminal for measuring 0-15 volts. It would probably be as simple as rotating the two clock springs to get it to center. Or you could apply some bias current to the 15 volt terminal. It's bakelite with clear plastic front and back covers. Dimensions not counting the binding posts are 4.5 x 4 x 1.5 inches. I was thinking they wouldn't run such a low impedance, but I was wrong.
