Hi Dave,

It is 0-1.5 milliamps and also has a terminal for measuring 0-15 volts. It would probably be as simple as rotating the two clock springs to get it to center. Or you could apply some bias current to the 15 volt terminal. It's bakelite with clear plastic front and back covers. Dimensions not counting the binding posts are 4.5 x 4 x 1.5 inches. Bob:  Thank you!!  I guess there are Hen's toothbrushes after all!!

I checked, and the output impedance of the mill is 1k, so I have +/- 15mA
to work with. I was thinking they wouldn't run such a low impedance, but I
was wrong.
