Connecting TINI to the internet

Ok so this is my network setup:

Comp #1 is my main server and its running Windows 2003 with IIS 6.0, DHCP
enabled, it provides the rest of my network with an internet connection
throught the and it is the webserver for my website, it has a dynamic IP on
the internet but that IP is automatically linked to www.irissystems-inc.com.

My question is; does anyone have a solution to accessing the TINI from the
internet through my server (instead of giving it its own connection to the
internet).

I've tried the NAT service on Windows 2003 but it refuses to work, but if
someone could help me fix that, it would be just as well.
