That's not a TINI problem, it is a routing problem.
you need to tell your router to redirect requests on port 88 to the
local IP 192.168.0.10 port 88

Routers can only track connections automatically if the connections are
initiated from within your local network (ie the TINI). But in cases
where a network node in your local network (here the TINI) is a server,
you need to tell the router where to route those requests into the local
network.
