Hi Sanjay, It just occurred to me that Mark replied to this, and I promptly deleted his message without seeing which questions he had answered, but I did find one easy answer. When it's tied high, the muxes on the BDM interface switch to the JTAG TAP controller, and the BDM is inaccessible.
