Huh? Really? I run multiple UARTs on the 68332 TPU, and it wasn't
difficult at all. Works great. Highly recommended. Is the '555 TPU3 that
much harder to deal with?
On the '555, it looks like TPU bank 0 function code 0x0B is the
ticket. Here's the app note on actually using the TPU UART function:
