mpc5554 eTPU code problem

Dear all,
   
  We have purchased MPC5554 Evaluation Kit and Code warrior compiler.
   
  I have serious problem with etpu code.
   
  In my application code I included etpu_set1.h file and copied etpu code array into etpu Shared code memory.
I assinged QOM function to CH16, Shared data base address and sent Host service request as single mode.
I compiled with code warrior and programmed into flash with eSYS tool. 
When I power on the board I got output first time. But after some time on the board the reset light was glown. 
When I power on the board again there is no output and reset light is glowing continuosly.
When I tried to erase the flash, it is not erasing. It is showing continuosly erasing.
I also attached the flash erasing image files also.
I have selected single core while creating project. Is there any problem with this settings. Is it necessary to 
select multi core to use etpu.
  Can anyone please suggest me how to erase the flash now. It is most urgent. My project is pending due to this problem.
