I am asked to give
Localhost, DocumentRoot PHP Project Settings.
However php browser opens files with
Localhost appended with Location (not documentroot)
in phpeclipse 1.1.8 and eclipse 3.1

If you have changed your location by clicking on your
project->properties->PHP Project Settings. Click the radio for Use Project
Settings and fill in LocalHost: http://example.com

This is working in CVS 1.1.9
