Just
what I mentioned, to build the project and then the Harvest jar.  At
what point did things not work?
Were you able to build the Harvest jar file successfully?

Once you've built it you'll need to add it to your CC installation. You
should be able to just copy the jar file into the CC lib directory with the
rest of the libraries and then restart CC.
