No. But one must only say that "This product includes software developed by
...".  But how does your question relate to the protection of the name? I'm
a bit confused. I recommend to read the licence, it is really very short and
easy to understand: http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE
But mentally substitute every occourence of Apache with whatever you want,
for instance Barracuda ;-)
