Hi, we plan to remove support for PPC AIX and PPC Mac OS X in the next release of the Jikes RVM. PPC Linux will still be supported. Our resources are limited and non-Linux platforms on PPC do not seem to get much use. Moreover, we currently do not have access to regression machines for those platforms. If you need to run the Jikes RVM on either PPC Mac OS X or PPC AIX, please contribute patches to improve the situation.
