First, go to "Admin -> Global Permissions" and make sure your account is in a group nominated in the "Bulk Edit" permission. Although it's called bulk *edit*, it also allows delete, move and transition. Second, check you have "delete issue" permission in the project(s) you need to work on. Finally, do a search for the issues you want to delete. It doesn't have to be exact - in the example I gave, I'd just filter for the entire project, but you probably have more issues, so maybe a search for "summary = delete me" might be more helpful Once you've got the results of that on screen, then look to the top right for tools -> bulk edit. Follow that to select what you want to do with them. You'll then get a screen listing the results of the filter, with empty tick boxes on the left. Select the ones you actually want to delete and go for it! -- Post by broughn2 - online at: http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?forumID=46&threadID=55008 _______________________________________________ Jira-user mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe or change your options visit this page: http://lists.atlassian.com/mailman/listinfo/jira-user
