You are absolutely correct. JXTA peergroups provide a generic
mechanism to associate peer behaviors dynamically with any network
domains.  This is the next dimension in JXTA programming, where
as your peer roams within network domain,  your peer can dynamically
discover and load platform-independent services (aka JXTA modules)  that
are  either required or needed to operate within each of these JXTA
peergroups.  The peergroup advertisement lets you specify this
service signature.
