Maxym I would like to try to promote this more, to make use of the
work you have already done, even if it is not complete.

When you say it is not finished, I imagine that means that some parts
of the IDE will appear in Russian, and some parts in English, is that
true ?  If so, I don't think this would be a *bad* thing for someone
who wants an RU version of the IDE ... ?

Do you see any real problem with promoting your RU build on the normal
3.6 download pages ?  We can add a note that says it is incomplete,
and maybe even some links/info for anyone who wants to help complete
it.

I will need to propose this internally, but please let me know what
you think.  Thanks.
