The Romanian localization of the NetBeans Platform is available as of  
now from my company's website: http://www.josekibold.ro/romanian-netbeans/

I hereby request to lead the Romanian translation team.

I'll sign the Sun Contributor Agreement, commit the translation to  
Community Translation Interface as well as do any other formalities as  
soon as possible. Let me know specifically if there is some automated  
way to import into CTI from OmegaT as well as any other steps I might  
be required to take now.
