[[TF-dev]] Files available in CTI & Community NB 6.8 IDE Translation Contest!

Sorry, Maxym, for using the l10n lingo... :(
*Leveraging* = making usage of previous translations - i.e. re-using 
previous translations which are in the translation memory. (I.e. as we 
re-use NB 6.5 translations, they can be re-used / "leveraged" from 80% 
for NB 6.8, the rest 20% was not "leveraged" therefore needs to be 
translated)

OK, thank you for this info! BTW, I already finished the RU platform 
only, so you can go ahead translating platform_javase (as discussed in 
another mail out of nblocalization).
