Hi Team,

Community localized build for 7.1 is now being processed.
I hope it will be available soon. Very sorry for the delay.
It's including the same languages of NetBeans 7.0/7.0.1.

Regarding the OpenCTI, Paul is working on it.
He is doing his best but unfortunately it can not be solved yet.
So let's start to evaluate alternatives our side. I'm very sorry
for starting very late, I was thinking it could be solved quickly.

I understand there are several web-based translation tools,
thank you very much for letting us know. At this time,
I'd like to try launchpad and pootle. Can anyone take
the initiative in the evaluations? I have never used these tools.
Of course I will work together, I will prepare necessary files,
try to translate on these tools, and evaluate the process and outputs.
