I am not sure it's the fault of Koen,
I have also the problem when I send a document in attach to the netbeans 
mailing list.

I will try to be clear here in my explanation.

With sourcecast, each html page you are designing and putting in cvs are 
not directly published on the web. There are wrapped around to add somes 
things like the left navigation, menu, ...

Until now, it's not yet possible to have those menu in more than one 
language.

But I know that the webteam is working on that issue.
