I mean that it is in the high-top-right corner of the design, and the
script is pretty small, and there're no words (Russian/French/etc)
immediately visible.

Well, talks about ru.netbeans.org are going for such a long time that
I think it won't ever happen ;-)
So there's no automatic crawler that may publish a list with localized
resources, a pity.
