I don't remember the procedure we followed for fr, but I think that if you supply a zip of html I can go ahead and create ru.nb.org for you. Well not yet, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't happen! :-) Once a $lang.netbeans.org site exists, I don't think there is any reason to do that, as a) that site's navigation should do it, and b) that site will have an auto-generated site map anyway. So I guess you are suggesting this for _$lang.html content on www only ?
