Request to localize spanish webpages

Hi,

My name is Ricardo Palomares. I'd like to help from time to time with
NetBeans.org web localization to spanish. I won't be able to commit
too much time because I'm strongly involved in Mozilla L10n (sorry, I
knew about them first!), ;-) but I will try to help whenever possible.

Right now, I'd like to sync spanish pages to en-US content. Since the
archive of this mailing list suggests nobody is working right now in
it, I'd like to start with the Welcome page. Please, let me know if I
can get hands on it. I will ask for further assignments as I get done
with this.
