Got the point about "composed key" this workaround is ok. But how do I get
the "step id"?

I've done something exactly like this (adding comments to a step), and
it's pretty simple. Just pass it in as an input and then put it in the
propertyset, with a special key that uses the current step
id/workflow/id/whatever, that allows you to identify the comment.
