osworkflow designer

Thanks to the great work done by Anil (with apologies from me for 
hacking up and changing all his code), we have the beginnings of the 
osworkflow designer checked into cvs. You should be able to build it 
with ant client-jar (you have to have run ant jar before that), then 
just java -jar dist/designer.jar. I'm sure all sorts of things are 
broken, much of it doesn't work, and it's pretty much a view only tool 
currently. Anyone who feels so inclined is free to look over the code 
and start contributing! Just in case you're unable to get it working 
(which wouldn't surprise me at all), here are a couple of screenshots:
