BTW, not rendering an attribute at all if the user does not have even 
the read privilege is a very desirable feature.
We do some internal processing on the issues that we would like not to 
show to our customers; at the moment we have different issue types in 
"internal" modules with the additional information we use. And we copy 
and link issues between the module used by the customer and the module 
used internally, which is not the simplest and most convenient solution.
