Just to be clear, my remark about time was not meant to suggest that
other people couldn't write such documentation[*], just that I don't
know where if falls in *my* priority queue. If others have the time and
desire they should feel free to take a crack at it. They should also
feel free to send such documentation to me for review (of course they
should also feel free not to send it to me).

Participatory enough?

[*] Indeed it might be suggested that I am the worst possible person to
write such documentation.
