PSTN to IP(H323) call routing

Hi Every one,
                        I have done the Incoming calls , outgoing calls ,
DTMF and file playing on PSTN using JTapi.
Further i am using a dilogic card D/PCI .
I have also handle the call for H323 in Jtapi by using XTapi (only calls).

now i want to integrate these two seperate modules (i.e PSTN and H323).
i want that ,,when a call receive on PSTN ,i want to route it on H323 phone
i.e to H323 IP phone

what should i do? Help is required
