Hi

I've seen the same on the Cisco environment, but in my case I got the IP
address of the gateway. There's another way to get calling and caller
address though if you go via the call object itself
(Call.getCalledAddress() and Call.getCallingAddress ()). It may not
change anything, but it may be worth a try.
