Widget reference

I'd like to start maintaining a widget reference, because we need an explanation of the widgets, the widgets' API, and theming widgets. I'd also like it to be a testbed for moving the current XWT reference to a better, more flexible format, something XML/XSLT based. Whether it is an existing XML standard (Docbook, Gentoo Guide) or new, well, I'd appreciate some input on that.
