That would be a good document to have, but I would have thought it 
should wait until the library is done. For the purposes of our 
development, the inline docs are the most useful.

Our number one priority really has to be get something that works, and 
is understood by those developing it (code + inline docs). Then, the 
information others need to understand the system (tutorials + 
overview).
