Yes, but they all suck. :/ We don't want to communicate release artifacts. We 
want to have specific messages, like: 

"KDE 4.5.1 Improves User Experience"

The "4.5.1 is out" is just one part of our message, the more important part is 
the "improves UX" bit. In the above examples, there's just no room for that. 
KDE 4.5.1 is actually as concise as it gets, so I'm not sure if we can do 
better at all.

Having a clear set of *usable* and *practical* guidelines would be very 
helpful. (And keep Troy from bitching about me. :P)
