Will you be in Hannover the whole time (i.e. 6th to 10th)?
Finding an accomodation in Hannover is pretty difficult this close to the event; 
I would recommend trying some nearby town which has a fast train connection to 
"Hannover Messe/Laatzen" (which is the train station). E.g. the accomodation I 
organized for Inge, Andreas and myself is located in Hildesheim (23 minutes by 
train).

I am perfectly fine with you helping out at the booth. :-)
Also, in an appropriate moment mentioning the Spark tablet is not a bad idea 
at all - it is a "selling" point for KDE itself. I am sure you'll find the 
right balance.
There is a similar situation with Inge who also wears two hats, I am not 
worried about him "being too corporate" either.
