Re: default ripping option not paranoid enough

In the past 3 was the default (ie. highest) but most users had problems with 
this setting since it meant slow extraction which is especially bad for 
direct disk-to-disk copies. Most modern drives extract audio perfectly, at 
least I never had a problem with any CD. Thus, the default is no extra checks 
at all since it is the variant which works best for most.
