Problem with ZEOS and DBExpress

Hello guys, i'm having some problems with those two data access componentes. With the ZEOS, when i'm in setting the informations about database, table and others, delphi raises an exception on the RTL70.bpl. With the DBExpress, it always says that my user name and/or password are wrong. I'm using a mySQL database v. 4.01 and the "dbexpmy4.dll".
