Just wondering whether the IntInf support is needed in the commercial
product?  If it isn't then I bet that it would not be impossibly
difficult to create a version of MLton that simply doesn't provide
IntInf.  Might require some programming effort to go through the code
base (basis library), but I doubt InfInf is used in any significant
way internally.  I could be available to do the work on contract.  I'm
familiar with the MLton code base.
