What does it do, then? asc() returns the INT based on the ASCII coding syst=
em.=20
There is another bifunc for Unicode and octet values.

Actually, Lambda is just not moving fast because:
	1. The developers (some?) don't like using SF
	2. A lot of the patches are poorly coded; I'm fixing some of them for=20
