Now I curse myself for being foolish.  All my effort went into the XS stuff
for setting names of generated subs; the Build use was just to make compiling
the XS easier.  I clearly need to review the configure script, and install
doc.

For now, you should be able to use ./Build / ./Build test / ./Build install .
I need to tweak default_ctors too.  2.04, here we come...
