Very important news from the Perl Foundation: they've issued a 
call for projects to be funded for the coming year, and a survey 
for the Perl community. I believe that ALL OF YOU should fill 
these out; either to tell the TPF how you think the money it's 
raised should be spent, or to suggest a project that you might 
work on with TPF funding for the good of Perl at large. I'm also 
collecting a list of projects I'd like to see completed by people 
who want to be funded by the Perl Foundation:
