Brian, I've kept your Doxygen work in mind.  I'll be spending time on a wiki
soon, and at that point I'll try to get all this kind of information hosted
in a better spot and organized properly.

There was discussion of hosting it somewhere more stable but it's a
little on the heavy side, space-wise. I suppose we should at least
link to it from the wiki now that that's available.
