Summary: sambaNTPassword attribute creation fails

When adding a sambaNTPassword attribute to user shows the following error:

Error:	Use of undefined constant MHASH_MD4 - assumed 'MHASH_MD4' (E_NOTICE)
File:	createlm.php line 330, caller cmd.php
Versions:	PLA: 1.1.0.7, PHP: 5.2.6, SAPI: apache2handler
Web server:	Apache/2.2.9 (Fedora)
Please check and see if this bug has been reported.
error	Failed to add the attribute.
LDAP said:	Invalid syntax
Error number:	0x15 (LDAP_INVALID_SYNTAX)
Description:	An invalid attribute value was specified.

The error is the same as in ID: 2466314
The version downloaded is the "cvs" one from sourceforge, that's the same as 1.1.0.7 and this is the solution for the closed bug with the id shown before (don't know how to reopen it -or even if it is possible- sorry)

Also added test for mhash to avoid the error - you can apply this patch:

http://phpldapadmin.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/phpldapadmin/phpldapadmin/lib/createlm.php?r1=1.3.2.5&r2=1.3.2.6

If you dont have mhash installed, it should redirect you to the index with
an error.

The fix in #2466314 has already be applied to CVS and is included in
1.1.0.7
