Summary: Real ldap move()

Initial Comment:
Once again I starte the FR for a real move implementation. There is one big reason for it:
If an object is copied and then deleted, the entryUUID of this object is changed and the createTimestamp is set to now.

I cant accept the reasons from the developer why this should not be implemented, because there is an protocol-function for this: move().
With this function a problem - due to ACLs or so - should bring up an error and everything might be fine.

Code to implement this feature has been implemented in the development
branch of PLA.  This feature will be available in the next release.

You will be able to test this feature when the next WIP alpha release is
made available. (Post 090513).
